When In Boracay - the Philippines' Beach Party Capital

Featured Pinoy boy: Michael Ryan Cedeno.

So it's summer in the Philippines and everyone is trooping over to Boracay (or Bora to the Metro people, but the locals hate that moniker, so be warned).

As demonstrated by this bubbly boy, there are a lot of things you can do in Boracay. Of course, you can be a beach-hugger all day long with all the glorious white sand of Bora. There are locals who can tour you around the island in a motorized boat or a wind-driven light parao. And lastly, more beaching. :p

Kidding aside, there are a lot of activities in Bora. Actually, my complaint about the island is that there are too much activities going on.

When in Bora, expect to party. Especially in the summer months. If you're after some peace and quiet, then Bora is not for you (although some off-peak months can offer enough serenity for the troubled souls; sometime between November after Halloween and before Christmas, and sometime after the New Year).

Lastly, and most importantly, I'd like to thank Michael Ryan for preparing hard enough for his time under the sun. Those toned muscles are very much appreciated. :D
